Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a full-time Evening Campus Coordinator at the Walpole Campus. The role supervises Residential Counselors, Supervisors, and the Activity Coordinator to coordinate work assignments, ensure safety, and maintain routines across campus homes.

Qualifications include at least two years of college or childcare experience in a residential setting, supervisory skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic software.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to two years of college and/or two plus years childcare experience in a residential setting with similar population.
• Supervisory experience helpful.
• Computer literate including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer with the ability to learn new software applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing coverage with Program Directors to ensure campus operations run smoothly.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate direct care staff; conduct team meetings and weekly supervision.
• Plan and schedule therapeutic groups and social activities for youth growth.
• Support shift activities including medical appointments, transportation, homework, and behavior support systems.
• Maintain shift paperwork: logs, incident reports, mentor sheets, and behavior monitoring.
• Oversee records submission and alert staff to emerging issues from prior shifts.
