Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers—Southeast Campus in Plymouth, MA—seeks a Campus Coordinator to provide direction, problem solving, and support for group supervisors, staff, nurses, and other personnel on school hours shifts. You will supervise, train, and plan work, while ensuring safety and adherence to treatment protocols across campus and residential settings.

Qualifications include 3+ years of supervisory program experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to train and lead staff.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate including Microsoft Office with ability to learn new software applications.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Principal and clinical and vocational departments to ensure life skills and leisure activities align with treatment philosophy and protocols.
• Ensure that all reports, reviews, and documentation are completed in a timely manner.
• Respond to campus crises and provide staff and client support to manage situations safely.
• Communicate pertinent information to the principal or on-call administrator.
• Develop a daily crisis schedule and train staff on crisis procedures for each shift.
• Monitor standards of therapeutic academic environment and safety management on campus.
