Job summary

Copper Hills Youth Center in West Jordan, UT seeks a Behavioral Health Technician to support adolescents in a 24/7 residential treatment setting. You will model positive behavior, supervise students, and document daily progress toward goals.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention using verbal de-escalation, facilitating group activities, and supporting education and therapy meetings. New hires may receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team under stress
• “Excellent attendance record” is required
• Must pass a thorough background check
