You will intervene in crises using verbal de-escalation and safety techniques, and help maintain positive student outcomes through group facilitation and behavior guidance.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Excellent Verbal Communication Skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under high stress.
• Good attendance record and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive role model and provide close supervision.
• Document behaviors and ensure daily goals (hygiene, activities, therapy meetings).
• Intervene during student crises using verbal escalation and safety techniques.
• Facilitate group interactions and enforce behavior standards.
• Educate students on appropriate behavior and consequences.
