Copper Hills Youth Center seeks Behavioral Health Technicians to supervise and document adolescent behaviors in a 24/7 residential setting. You will help youths meet daily goals across hygiene, education, activities, and therapy meetings, intervening during crises with verbal de-escalation and safety techniques.

As a team player, you will educate students on appropriate behavior and consequences while maintaining group dynamics and core standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 years old required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills required.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team and in high-stress environments.
• Effective problem solving and conflict management skills.
• Excellent attendance record required.
• Must pass a thorough background check.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and document youths' behaviors and progress.
• Ensure daily goals are met (hygiene, activities, education & therapy meetings).
• Intervene during crises using verbal de-escalation and safety techniques.
• Facilitate group interactions and maintain behavioral standards.
• Educate students on appropriate behavior and consequences, and enforce them.
