Location: Ozanam Campus - KANSAS CITY, MO

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Responsibilities

Cornerstones of Care seeks caring team members to help youth heal from trauma in our 24/7 residential program in south KCMO. Responsibilities include building strong, positive relationships with youth, leading therapeutic activities and groups, teaching daily living skills, ensuring safety, and managing behaviors. As part of our trauma-informed team, you will act as a coach, mentor, and role model, reinforcing treatment plans through daily interactions and activities.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma. Preferred candidates will have two years' experience working with children. Must be at least 21 years old, pass background, physical, and drug screenings. Valid driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance are also required.
