Position: Transitional Youth Behavioral Specialist - Older Youth

Department: Pathways (Pathways House KCMO)

Starting Salary: $17.00 - $21.00 Hourly

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3 pm to 11 pm

Starting salary depends on education and experience

Responsibilities

Are you passionate about helping 16-23 year-olds develop life skills? Can you serve as a mentor and positive influence for teens in foster care or experiencing homelessness? Our team provides a safe, judgment-free environment, offering 24/7 supervision, coaching, and support to youth in their daily lives.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 21 years old, pass background check, physical, and drug screening. Valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance are also required.
