Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support for youths ages 2–21 in Pennsylvania. The role involves leading assessments, identifying target behaviors, and coordinating with families and educators to implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

The position offers direct care with supervisory responsibilities, requiring strong clinical insight, meticulous documentation, and a commitment to empowering youth through ABA-informed strategies.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist or equivalent.
• BCBA certification or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field with acceptable experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates aligned with treatment goals.
