Job summary
Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support for clients aged 2–21 in Pennsylvania. You will lead assessments, set target behaviors, and help develop individualized treatment plans with families and schools.

Qualifications
- Licensed in PA as a Behavior Specialist or BCBA certification or ABA degree.
- Graduate degree in ABA or in psychology/social work/education/counseling with relevant experience.
- One year of mental health direct service experience with children/youth or completion of practicum.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments to identify target behaviors.
- Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
- Implement ABA-aligned strategies prescribed by licensed professionals.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support progress.
- Provide clinical oversight and thorough documentation of treatment progress.
