Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support for clients aged 2–21 in Pennsylvania. You will conduct assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other service providers to develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This is a direct care and supervisory role requiring strong clinical insight and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• PA Behavior Specialist license or BCBA certification or graduate certificate in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in ABA, or in psychology/social work/education/counseling with related practicum/experience.
• One year of direct mental health work with youth or completed practicum.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments and identify target behaviors for children and youth.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies prescribed by licensed clinicians.
• Provide supervision and collaboration with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain clinical documentation and progress updates aligned with goals.

Education

Licensed Behavior Specialist (PA)
