Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support for youth aged 2–21 in Pennsylvania, including Mercer. The role combines assessments, ITP development, and collaboration with families and schools to implement ABA-based strategies.

Qualifications

• Licensed PA Behavior Specialist or BCBA certification or a graduate degree in ABA/psychology with relevant experience.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure to oversee ABA services or similar with scope to supervise ABA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed professional.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and updates in line with treatment goals.
