Job summary

Clarvida in Pennsylvania is seeking a Behavioral Consultant ABA to provide in-community behavioral health support for clients aged 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other providers to develop individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist.
• Certified BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure to oversee ABA services (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, Psychologist, Behavior Specialist).

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed professional.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates aligned with treatment goals.
