Job summary

RISE is seeking an Intervention Professional to provide direct intervention for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in school, community, or center settings. You will document progress and collaborate with the treatment team while ensuring adherence to treatment plans.

The role requires a Master's degree, 1200 hours of supervised experience, and certifications in RBT/HI and de-escalation techniques. A valid license and reliable transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human service field.
• Minimum 1200 hours of paid, supervised experience providing services to a child/youth (0–21) with a developmental disability.
• 40-hour RBT training in ABA (provided by RISE) or hold a current HI certification.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (provided by RISE) or ability to obtain.
• MANDT or other de-escalation training certification (provided by RISE).
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one intervention to a child or adolescent with a developmental disability.
• Document progress on goals on a daily basis.
• Communicate effectively with parents and other providers.
• Complete required annual training requirements.
