Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Sports Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience leading sports and recreation programs or departments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of baseball and softball leagues, scheduling, staffing and game logistics.
• Recruits, trains, and evaluates part-time and seasonal staff and umpires.
• Manages budgets, participant enrollment, and program growth opportunities.
• Ensures youth protection policies, health, safety and compliance requirements.
