• College coursework in recreation, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with youth, adults, or seniors in recreational settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize recreational activities under supervision.
• Organize supplies and equipment and implement age-appropriate activities.
• Complete attendance and participation records.
• Assist with sports programs, games, events, and afterschool programs.
• Supervise participants and promote a safe environment.
• Set up, clean, and properly store program equipment and supplies.
• Prepare facilities and fields for scheduled activities.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisor.
