Job summary

BakerRipley in Houston, TX, seeks an Outreach Coordinator to plan and facilitate career exploration events, tours, and job shadows for youth, partnering with ISDs, training providers, and nonprofits.

This role delivers work readiness classes and workshops, conducts labor market presentations to schools and youth groups, promotes digital tools, and documents participation for reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in event planning, youth programs, or marketing/outreach.
• Public speaking and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with schools, nonprofits, and community partners.
• Experience working with disconnected or at-risk youth populations.
• Digital engagement and social media outreach skills.
• Computer literacy including Internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
