Job summary

This role delivers work readiness classes and workshops, conducts labor market presentations to schools and youth groups, promotes digital tools, and documents participation for reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in event planning, youth programs, or marketing/outreach.
• Public speaking and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with schools, nonprofits, and community partners.
• Experience working with disconnected or at-risk youth populations.
• Digital engagement and social media outreach skills.
• Computer literacy including Internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate career exploration events, tours, and job shadows.
• Facilitate work readiness classes and workshops (communication, teamwork, professionalism).
• Deliver labor market-driven presentations to schools and youth groups.
• Partner with ISDs, training providers, and nonprofits for outreach.
• Promote resources, digital tools, and HGCY collateral.
• Document participation and track outcomes for reporting.
