Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily review of referrals and initiate contact within 1 business day.
• Monitor and respond to board referral requests and follow up with youth participants.
• Track enrollments, training referrals, and program applications.
• Provide scheduling, meeting coordination, and maintain task tracking.
• Manage inbox and respond within 1 business day.
