Job summary

BakerRipley in Houston area is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to help connect youth with career pathways and training opportunities. You will coordinate outreach campaigns, partner engagement, events, workshops, and activities across schools and community partners.

Your work will include facilitating labor market–driven presentations, coordinating with ISDs, training providers, and nonprofits, and delivering digital engagement and collateral to broaden access for disconnected or at-risk youth.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in event planning, youth programs, or marketing/outreach.
• Public speaking and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with schools, nonprofits, and community partners.
• Experience engaging with disconnected or at-risk youth populations.
• Digital engagement and social media outreach skills.
• Proficiency with Internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Purpose:

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree OR equivalent experience in event planning, youth programs, or marketing/outreach.

• Digital engagement and social media outreach skills.
