Job summary

The National Youth Advocate Program seeks compassionate Youth Care Workers to guide, support, and empower young people in Naperville. The role focuses on building trusting relationships, promoting goals, and providing a safe, caring environment for youth.

Responsibilities include engaging with youth, offering leadership, completing trainings, and maintaining documentation. Qualified candidates have a HS diploma, bilingual English/Spanish, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications
