Job summary

Sports Facilities Management, LLC, through the Artesia Community Center, seeks a part-time Child Watch Team Member to support daily programs by supervising children, ensuring safety, and delivering friendly customer service in a busy recreation facility.

You will help with drop-offs, check-ins, and pickups, monitor activities, and coordinate with staff to maintain a welcoming environment for families. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a community-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist children during group and individual sports activities
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Assist with morning drop-off and check-in and afternoon pick-up and sign-out
• Assist other counselors/coaches with duties as assigned by Child Watch Manager
• Maintain discipline and safety procedures during activities
• Transport children to and from school
• All other duties as assigned by management
