Job summary

Country Club of Roswell seeks a Youth Activities Counselor to manage youth and family programs, ensuring safe, engaging activities and events for members. You will assist in planning, setting up, supervising, and evaluating activities for children during pool events, camps, and holidays.

Requires a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication; you will coordinate with staff and parents to create a welcoming environment while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent required.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Knowledge of Outlook, internet applications, and use of office equipment.
  • Must know about age-appropriate activities and enjoy working with all age groups.
  • Excellent communication skills including strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests professionally.
  • Respond to member questions and answer calls politely.
  • Set up, decorate, and ensure safety before events.
  • Host and engage children and families in activities and events.
  • Assist with signing in children and checking IDs.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and secure playroom areas.
  • Communicate with supervisors about unforeseen circumstances.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by managers.
