Job summary

Licensed clinicians provide oversight, crisis intervention, and planned community-based care, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include direct service, administrative supervision, and coordination across systems, with on-call duties to support after-hours needs.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in mental health or chemical dependency.
• Licensed professionals required: LCSW/LMFT/LMHC.
• Must be able to work a 24/7 on-call schedule if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to meet agency and funding standards.
• Direct and supervise team activities; conduct regular supervision.
• Oversee assessment, service planning, quality assurance, and utilization review.
• Perform assessments, crisis intervention, and discharge planning.
• Provide direct services in office or community settings as needed.
• Manage after-hours calls and on-call responsibilities.
• Participate in community planning and agency trainings.
• Promote data-informed decision-making in clinical supervision.
• Identify and implement quality improvement trainings.
