Job summary

The Post Graduate Center for Mental Health is seeking a Team Leader for our ACT program in Queens, NY. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering clinical and case management services to hard-to-reach consumers with serious mental illness.

Responsibilities include directing admission and treatment processes, overseeing workflow, and ensuring Medicaid/compliance standards while promoting evidence-based practices and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW and NY licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with serious mental illness.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel; experience with electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day clinical operations and productivity standards.
• Direct admissions, treatment, rehabilitation, and discharge processes.
• Lead team and treatment planning meetings and ensure quality documentation.
