Job summary

Access, Inc. is seeking a Youth ACT Licensed Mental Health Professional to serve youth ages 10-21 with acute behavioral health needs in community-based settings.

The role involves clinical treatment by a multidisciplinary team to stabilize youth in their homes, schools, and communities. The position requires NYS licensure (Psychologist/SLW/MFT/MHC/Creative Arts Therapist) and experience with youth and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current NYS license in one of the listed categories.
• Experience with youth and families in individual and group settings.
• Familiarity with Westchester County System of Services is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments with person-centered, trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
• Participate in daily clinical case conferences and coordinate with schools and families.
• Ensure timely documentation in electronic health records and case files.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation, at least once per month.
• Support team collaboration and engage in quality improvement initiatives.
