A youth services organization based in Bay Shore, NY is looking for a dedicated Therapist for their Youth ACT Program. The role involves conducting therapy in various settings, collaborating with families to develop treatment plans, and ensuring services are provided in a culturally competent manner. Candidates should have valid licensure as well as experience working with youth. This is a full-time position that offers meaningful work and comprehensive benefits, including training opportunities and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• 1 year's experience working with children/adolescents and families preferred.
• Valid NYS driver's license in good standing.
• Physical requirements including reading/writing reports and going for prolonged periods.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Family, Individual, and Group Therapy in various settings.
• Liaise with DSS, schools, and other contacts.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with families.
