Job summary

Access: Supports for Living in Mount Vernon, NY is seeking a dynamic Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Licensed Mental Health Professional to work with youth ages 10–21 with acute behavioral health needs. Qualifications

• Must hold a current NYS license in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related licenses.
• Experience working with youth and families in clinical settings.
• Experience with home- or community-based services preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide trauma-informed, person-centered treatment.
• Participate in weekly clinical case conferences, staff meetings, and coordination with schools and families.
• Ensure timely and thorough documentation in electronic health records and case files.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation, at least once per month.
