Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to support in-community behavioral health services in Pennsylvania for youth aged 2–21. The role involves leading assessments, developing ITPs, and implementing ABA-based interventions with families, educators, and other providers.

You will provide clinical oversight, document progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive positive outcomes. This is a part-time position requiring strong clinical insight and PA clearances.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist.
• Certified as a BCBA or hold a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling; and either 1 year of full-time mental health direct services with children/youth or completed a practicum.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, Psychologist, Behavior Specialist, CRNP, or similar with ABA oversight.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.
