Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant in Pennsylvania to provide in-community behavioral health support for youth aged 2–21. The role includes leading assessments, developing ITPS, and coordinating with families and educators to implement ABA-aligned plans.

Strong clinical insight and documentation skills are essential, with supervisory duties as needed. Applicants must have PA licensure as a Behavior Specialist or BCBA certification, plus graduate degrees in ABA or related fields and

Qualifications

• PA-licensed behavior specialist required.
• BCBA or graduate certification in behavior analysis required.
• Graduate degree in ABA strongly preferred.
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals
