Job summary

Justice Resource Institute (JRI) is seeking a Case Manager for the Young Parent Support Program. You will work with young parents under 23, delivering home-visiting outreach across Waltham and nearby towns, guiding families through development and self-sufficiency while coordinating groups and services.

The role includes weekly supervision, a training period, and opportunities for professional growth within JRI's supportive, equal-opportunity environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum of an Associate Degree in a human services field with at least one year of experience working with the target population; or a High school diploma/GED with at least two years of experience working with the target population.
• Experience as a parent or caregiver of a youth with emotional, behavioral or learning challenges is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned families weekly with a caseload of up to 15 families.
• Engage in groups to support families, including parenting skills sessions and financial literacy workshops.
• Participate in weekly supervision and monthly staff meetings; conduct child development screening and goal planning.
• Work from home-visiting model serving Waltham and surrounding towns with offices in Chelmsford, Acton, and Needham.
