Formación

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses in Pennsylvania.
• Proven track record of managing and growing an insurance agency or sales team.
• Expertise in carrier relations and independent agency operations.
• Strong background in local community engagement and business development.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to mentor and guide sales staff.
• Solid understanding of York market trends and client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day operations of our York office to ensure efficiency and sustained growth.
• Coach and inspire our sales producers to reach their potential while delivering excellent service.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our carrier partners to secure the best products for our clients.
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies that position us as the premier agency in the region.
