Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or high-volume client acquisition.
• Demonstrated history of growing a client base and managing renewal cycles.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Self-motivated work ethic with a focus on organization and time management.
• Understanding of the York, Pennsylvania community and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of our insurance offerings within the York region by connecting with local families and businesses.
• Evaluate the unique risk profiles of potential clients to provide clear, helpful insurance solutions.
• Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships that go beyond the initial sale, ensuring clients feel truly protected.
• Develop and execute local outreach strategies to increase brand awareness for The Atlantic District.
• Monitor industry trends and local market shifts to adapt your sales approach and remain a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with our internal support staff to ensure every policy application is handled with care and accuracy.
