Formación

• Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.
• Three or more years in insurance sales or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong comfort with face-to-face networking and community engagement.
• Ability to explain complex policy details clearly to clients.
• Proficiency in standard office software and client database management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage local families and small business owners to assess their long-term financial security needs.
• Lead initiatives to grow our footprint within the Chester area by building authentic community connections.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to match clients with the right insurance products for their life stages.
• Review existing client policies regularly to ensure coverage evolves with goals.
• Mentor and collaborate with fellow team members to foster a culture of shared success.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions and policy adjustments.
