Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales Associate to help achieve store sales goals by delivering an authentic ALO experience and brand mission. You will educate customers on our community, culture, and product features while working with a team focused on excellence.

The role requires strong customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to move throughout the store, stock, and assist with shipments. Part-time hours with weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity
• Engage customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment
• Build client relationships daily with customers
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives as needed
• Educate guests on product, community, and culture
• Assist in visual merchandising and daily replenishment
• Maintain front and back of house procedures per company policy
