Job summary

ALO in Ohio is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver the ALO experience and brand mission. You will educate guests about products, maintain store standards, and drive sales through authentic connection and teamwork.

The role emphasizes energetic, high-level customer service, ability to stand and move throughout shifts, and willingness to work up to 30 hours per week as a part-time associate. You’ll support merchandising, inventory, and store initiatives during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Impacts the business and store environment positively in line with goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading flows and optimizing productivity.
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through staffing and initiatives.
• Educate guests on product launches, goals, and initiatives.
• Promote the full ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through experience.
• Utilize company tools and incentives to meet store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate guests on our product, community and culture.
• Maintain daily schedules to support business strategy with leadership.
• Assist in processing shipment and product flow, replenishment, merchandising.
• Adhere to front and back of house procedures per policy.
• Move continuously around the store; perform other tasks as needed.
• Preference for 1+ years in client-centric setting; strong service mindset.
