Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver the ALO experience and brand mission, educating customers about our community and culture. You will thrive on a team, exceed store goals, and provide exceptional service while managing product flow and visual merchandising.

This role is part‑time, non‑exempt, with 4‑hour shifts and up to 30 hours per week, including a Blackout period through the holiday season. Equal opportunity employer. Physical demands apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of client‑centric sales experience preferred.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Aligns with ALO Guiding Principles.
• Self‑motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel as part of a team.
• Constant movement around all areas of the store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Develop client relationships and educate customers about our community and culture.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results and growth opportunities.
• Ensure front and back of house procedures follow company policy and are executed efficiently.
