Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales Associate in Lynnfield, MA to deliver the ALO experience and educate guests about our community and culture. You will contribute to store sales goals through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to move throughout the store, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Flexible to work part-time or full-time shifts as needed, including busy holiday periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales environment preferred.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel as part of a team.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
