Job summary
ALO is seeking a Sales Associate to join our store team in the United States. You will deliver an authentic, high-energy guest experience, educate customers on our products, and help build a community-focused store culture.
You will support store leadership to meet sales goals, participate in weekly initiatives, and maintain visual merchandising, inventory, and a welcoming environment for all guests.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering exceptional customer experiences in a client-centric environment.
- Ability to meet/exceed sales goals while delivering the ALO experience.
- Comfort with constant movement and collaborating with store leadership.
Responsibilities
- Influence sales by leading ALO Flow initiatives and driving productivity.
- Engage customers to create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
- Build client relationships daily and communicate store goals and initiatives.
- Analyze reports with leadership to strategize growth opportunities and action plans.
- Ensure coverage and execute selling initiatives to support store goals.
- Educate guests on product, community, and culture of ALO.
- Assist with shipments, merchandising, and daily replenishment.
- Maintain front/back-of-house procedures per policy.
