Zusammenfassung

CorePower Yoga is seeking an Area Sales Advisor to drive yoga product and membership sales by building relationships with students and partnering with Area/Studio/District Managers. The role requires an enthusiastic, highly organized individual who can quickly convert leads and maintain exceptional guest experiences.

You will travel within a 2/3-studio area, target 60–100 memberships per month, and may work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years sales experience, preferably monthly/annual subscriptions.
• Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with team orientation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Represent CorePower Yoga positively in all interactions.
• Commitment to CorePower Yoga values.

Aufgaben

• Prospect new & existing students and facilitate CPY experience.
• Generate leads from classes, events and studio inquiries.
• Practice consistent follow-up and drive membership conversion.
• Support and help build in-studio and market engagement and activations.
• Drive brand awareness through events and relationships with local businesses and partners.
• Know top students/VIP members and deliver high hospitality.
• Maintain marketing materials and restock/replace items as needed.
• Communicate effectively with Field and Studio Support Center Leadership.
• Drive shared membership/ student financial goals.
• Own the student experience in the studio; address issues.
• Learn and use POS system and train staff on selling it.
• Close approximately 60–100 memberships per month.
