Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking an Area Sales Advisor to drive yoga product and membership sales by building relationships and delivering an extraordinary student experience in collaboration with Area/Studio/District Managers.

You will motivate with enthusiasm, stay highly organized, and quickly convert leads. The role covers a 2/3-studio area and may require travel to other locations; non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays may be needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably selling monthly/annual subscription products.
• Excellent sales, written and verbal communication.
• Customer service skills required.
• Confident to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with optimistic attitude.
• Team player and capable of building community & relationships.
• Technically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new and existing students and facilitate CorePower Yoga experiences.
• Generate leads from classes, events and studio inquiries.
• Follow up consistently and drive membership conversion.
• Support and help build in-studio and market engagement and activations.
• Drive brand awareness through events and partnerships with local businesses.
• Know top students and VIP members and deliver high hospitality.
• Maintain marketing material and replenish supplies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with Field and Studio Support Center leadership.
• Aim for monthly membership goals and contribute to revenue targets.
• Own the student experience in the studio and assist in resolving issues.
• Learn and use the POS system and train instructors on selling it.
