CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking an Area Sales Advisor to boost yoga product and membership sales by building relationships with students and partnering with multiple studio managers. You will drive 60-100 memberships per month with a lively, organized approach and may travel to 2/3 studio areas.

Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are required. The role emphasizes hospitality, lead generation, and effective follow-up to convert inquiries into memberships, supporting local business

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial/self-starter.
• Excellent sales, written and verbal communication.
• Customer service skills required.
• Confidence to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with optimistic attitude.
• Team player and strong relationship builder.
• Technically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized and cross-functional collaborator.
• Ability to close a sale and meet sales goals.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous sales experience, 3+ years preferred selling monthly and annual subscription products.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new & existing students & facilitate CPY experience.
• Generate leads from classes, events and studio inquiries.
• Practice consistent follow-up and drive membership conversion.
• Support in-studio and market engagement and activations.
• Drive brand awareness through events and partnerships.
• Know top students/VIP members and deliver hospitality.
• Maintain marketing materials and restock as needed.
• Communicate pertinent information to field and support center leadership.
• Drive shared membership and student revenue goals.
• Own the student experience in the studio and resolve issues.
• Learn and use POS system; train instructors on selling.
