Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking an Area Sales Advisor to drive product and membership sales by building relationships with students across a 2/3 studio area. You will deliver an extraordinary experience and convert interest into memberships.

The role requires an outgoing personality, strong organization, and the ability to travel between studios. You should be comfortable with non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new and existing students and facilitate CPY experience.
• Generate leads from classes, events and studio inquiries.
• Follow up and drive membership conversion.
• Support in-studio and market engagement activations.
• Drive brand awareness through events and partnerships with local businesses.
• Know top students/VIP members and deliver a high level of hospitality.
• Maintain marketing materials and restock materials and referral cards.
• Communicate with Field and Studio Support Center Leadership on pertinent information.
• Drive shared membership/ student financial goals.
• Own the student experience in the studio and help address issues.
• Learn and use POS system and assist instructors in selling.
• Close approximately 60–100 memberships per month.
