Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking an Area Sales Advisor to drive yoga product and membership sales by building relationships and delivering an outstanding student experience across a 2/3-studio area. The role requires an enthusiastic, organized individual who can quickly build rapport and convert leads into memberships, with 60–100 memberships closed monthly.

The position may require travel to different facilities and non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial/self-starter mindset with ability to generate leads and drive sales.
• Excellent sales, written and verbal communication.
• Customer service skills and hospitality to create outstanding student experiences.
• Confidence to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with an optimistic attitude; team player.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to build relationships with diverse groups.
• Ability to close a sale and meet sales goals.
• Highly organized with time-management skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 3+ years of sales experience selling monthly and annual subscription products.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new and existing students and facilitate CorePower Yoga experiences.
• Generate leads from classes, events, and studio inquiries.
• Follow up consistently and drive membership conversion.
• Support in-studio and market engagement and activations.
• Drive brand awareness through events and partnerships with local businesses and partners.
• Know top students and VIP members; deliver excellent hospitality.
• Maintain marketing materials; restock and update flyers and referral cards.
• Communicate pertinent information to Field and Studio Support Center Leadership.
• Drive shared membership and student financial goals.
• Own the student experience in the studio and address issues.
