Job summary

The position requires a four-year degree, 7+ years in executive leadership within YMCA settings, and strong strategic and communication skills. Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple YMCA locations and balance fiscal responsibility.
• Recruit and oversee advisory volunteers for fundraising and advocacy.
• Represent YMCA with community leaders and partner organizations.
• Coordinate development and management of programs to meet community needs.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed per policy and laws.
• Lead annual giving campaigns and membership initiatives.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets and achieve targets.
• Direct staff on program and enrollment strategies.
