Job summary

The YMCA of the United States – Eagan Branch is seeking an Executive Director to lead operations with a focus on community impact, member experience and mission advancement. You will drive membership growth, fundraising, staff development, volunteer engagement, and strong community partnerships.

The role requires fiscal stewardship, strategic leadership, and the ability to manage multiple teams in a collaborative environment to achieve results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or human services; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of five (5) years of executive management experience including financial stewardship, strategic team leadership, operational oversight, and volunteer leadership.
• Fiscal management; staff management and development; and volunteer development.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leading, building and working with boards and committees with a track record of leading successful fundraising campaigns.
• Ability to lead multiple teams in a highly matrixed environment to achieve results.
• Strategic and analytical skills with creativity and innovative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Eagan YMCA branch with focus on community impact, operational excellence, financial stewardship, and mission advancement.
• Drive membership growth, fundraising success, staff development, volunteer engagement, and community partnerships.
• Ensure exceptional member experience and overall customer impact.
• Oversee administration, fiscal operation, community relations, branch programs and fundraising.
