The YMCA is seeking an Associate Executive Director to join the branch leadership team in Florida. This role drives day-to-day operations, advances branch initiatives, and aligns work with association goals while stewarding the YMCA brand within the community.

The successful candidate will lead staff and volunteer development, manage the branch budget, and cultivate relationships with diverse community partners to expand programs and engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human services, social services, business or equivalent preferred.
• YMCA Team Leader certification preferred.
• Four or more years of management experience, including team leadership, preferably in a YMCA.
• Proven track record of successful program growth and innovative program development.
• Ability to direct total operations through volunteer development, supervision of staff, development and monitoring of branch budget, marketing and public relations, and program development.
• Experience in management and development of volunteer involvement; ability to communicate and strengthen relationships with community leaders.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
• Ability to establish and maintain collaborations with community organizations
