Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of parametric test structures use and layout.
• WBG/SiC Device Physics manufacturing knowledge.
• Technical understanding of 0.6 to 2µm Mixed signal CMOS technology.

Responsibilities

• Process and probe yield improvement.
• Drive process solutions and support to Process Engineers.
• Summarize and present experimental results.

Education
