Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. degree in EE, EET or Physics or Engineering Physics.
• Strong knowledge of device physics and semiconductor physics.
• Experience with curve tracers and parametric test structures.
• Familiarity with WBG/SiC processes and 0.6 to 2 μm mixed-signal CMOS tech.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of cross-national collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement Projects focused on yield, cycle time, quality, capacity, and process robustness.
• Design and execute experiments, analyze manufacturing and electrical data, and drive root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and present project status, savings, and KPIs to management.
• Provide technical integration support and guidance to process engineering.
• Interface with product engineering, process engineering, and customers; support failure analysis activities.
