Job summary

Qualifications

  • Current degree in EE, EET, Physics or Engineering Physics.
  • Strong understanding of device physics and semiconductor physics.
  • Experience with curve tracer and parametric test structures.
  • Familiarity with WBG/SiC processes preferred.
  • ITAR citizenship requirements for access and work eligibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Continuous Improvement projects focusing on yield, quality, cycle time, cost, capacity, and process robustness.
  • Utilize statistical analysis and DOE methodologies to drive improvements.
  • Develop business cases and track savings with KPIs across projects.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for recurring issues.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement and sustain process improvements.
  • Present project status, savings, and performance metrics to management.
