Job summary
SkyWater Technology in Texas is seeking a Fab Product Engineer to own product performance across fab manufacturing and testing. You will investigate yield issues, bin shifts, and performance changes using statistical and electrical analysis, lead projects, and support customers through expertise in fab processes and test flows.
The role requires an Engineering BS with 5+ years in semiconductors; MS or PhD is a plus.
Qualifications
- Engineering related BS degree with 5+ years experience.
- MS degree or PhD degree are a plus.
- Prior semiconductor industry experience is required.
- Technical expertise in product, performance, data analysis, and testing characterization with ability to organize and lead projects.
- Experience with testers and SORT yield testing methodologies preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own product performance throughout fab manufacturing and testing.
- Investigate yield issues, bin shifts, and performance changes using statistical and electrical analyses.
- Work with process and test engineering to drive improvements.
- Guide associate engineers and technicians; support customer returns through fab and test expertise.
